A warm welcome to the “Hans-Clauert-Stube”! Our restaurant is named after the famous trickster otherwise known as the “Märkischen Eulenspiegel”, or Märkish Owl glass, who lived in Trebbin in the 17th century.

Our restaurant can seat up to 40 people and features a unique show kitchen that allows guests to watch our skilled chef in action. Our kitchen is famous for its regional, down-to-earth dishes made with fresh, local products.

Enjoy our house specialties, which include various dishes using seasoned pork from Saalow, Flammkuchen, and a fine selection of Palatine wines.

The Flammkuchen baked fresh in the stone oven is available in many different delicious variations. The classic Alsatian version is made with crème fraiche, fine pieces of bacon, and cubed onions and, as tradition mandates, served on a wooden board. Other variations include Swiss, Italian, Greek, and Norman Flammkuchen. During asparagus season, we serve delectable dishes featuring fresh Beelitz asparagus, whereas wild game dishes and roast goose offer culinary highlights during the cold winter months.

A large salad buffet adds the final touches to the daily menu. From a rustic buffet to gourmet 3-course dinner, we are proud to offer a wide range of options for events and parties of every kind. Our park terrace is also available for use in nice weather.
