Here, the boss still follows a hands-on strategy to hospitality – literally; Helmut Kaliebe personally prepares the wild game dishes as expertly as he does the various seafood delicacies. His culinary creations are not only favorites amongst our guests, but also entice vacationers from other Baltic Sea beach resorts. 

Pomerania awarded our cooking in the “Food and Drink Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania” competition in 1998, 2000, and 2002 for outstanding regional cuisine and cultivated hospitality. The Prime Minister also awarded us a special prize for the originality and high quality of our menu of regional cuisine.
