now even easier and more flexible

With our new digital guest loyalty programme, you, as a registered guest, can now enjoy two benefits: direct rewards for regular guests and the chance to collect loyalty points. The existing schemes (Regulars' Card and Loyalty Card) will be completely replaced by this new system.

5€ loyalty discount on every direct booking

As a registered guest, you automatically receive a discount of €5 per night when booking directly via the hotel’s own website or via www.akzent.de.

The discount will be deducted directly from the current daily room rate – no additional code or card required.

• Valid only for direct bookings
• Not applicable to package deals
• Cannot be combined with other special offers

Collect loyalty points and redeem them as you wish

You automatically earn loyalty points with every stay:

• 1€ spent = 1 loyalty point
• Redeemable from 50 points
• Additionally: 100 loyalty points are worth €3 cashback on your booking

 

You can use your accumulated loyalty points as a discount on future direct bookings.

Your personal guest lobby – everything at a glance

Once you have registered, you can access your personal guest lobby at any time via the menu item in the top-left corner.

There, you will have access at any time to:

• Your past and future bookings
• Your personal details
• Your current points balance 

A distinction is made between two types of points:

Loyalty points

These are the points that are immediately available for redemption and can be used as a discount on future bookings.

Statuspoints

These points determine your loyalty level. They reflect your total activity within the AKZENT Hotels programme and influence your personal status level, which comes with corresponding benefits.
