Welcome to Osnabrück Land and our 4-star AKZENT Hotel Haus Surendorff, which has been run by our family for four generations. Our hotel offers over 33 modernly equipped comfort and superior rooms, 4 of which are junior suites, and a total of 60 beds.

Culinary delights await you in our restaurant and a fireplace room, as well as in our bright and friendly winter garden or on the inviting terrace during the summertime. Our specialties include tasty dishes of fish and lamb. Our culinary calendar includes various special food weeks and is a guide for seasonal delights like asparagus, locally hunted game, duck, and roast goose.
You’re also always sure to find something for vegetarians or those with smaller appetites on our ever-changing menu. Round out your meal with one of our select wines or a fresh draught beer.

We have special rooms for family celebrations, anniversaries, or other events with between 12 and 80 guests. We’re happy to advise you in the planning of the meal or buffet, and can gladly accommodate special requests.

Meetings & Conferences
A large, fully equipped conference room with modern conference and presentation technology is available for your next conference; the room is 90 m² and can also be divided into two separate, soundproof rooms for smaller groups. A foyer just outside the conference room is available for breaks and group work, as is the inner courtyard during the summer.
Our trained employees make sure that your event runs smoothly and you and your guests remain undisturbed. We offer 3 different and variable conference packages with event-appropriate food and refreshments. After a hard day’s work, comfortable rooms with complimentary WLAN and our wellness area with pool and sauna landscape help you to unwind and relax.
In the evening, conference guests can celebrate a successful day’s work in our lounge and bar.
