Our kitchen serves simple cuisine featuring homemade Bavarian and Franconian specialties all year round, either in our comfortable restaurant or our relaxing garden in the summer months. We purchase our meat from farmers in the surrounding countryside, and our venison comes from local hunting grounds. Depending on the time of year, our menu also includes asparagus, chanterelles, and other seasonal dishes. We pay special attention to buying fresh, local products.
We have successfully participated in the “Bavarian Cuisine” competition over the past few years. Room reservations for clubs, groups, family parties, conferences, and meetings are available upon request and depending on availability.
