Our “Fürstenzimmer” with a view of the terrace welcomes you with classic wooden flooring, a fresh, bright ceiling design, and modernly elegant furniture. Or you can enjoy culinary delicacies and excellent wines by the fireplace in our romantic “Kaminzimmer”.

Inside the “Wirtsstube”, we look forward to treating you to freshly made specialties in an exceptional ambiance. Of course, we’d also be happy to serve you in our “Kaminzimmer” or “Fürstenzimmer” – you decide.
Look forward to seasonally influenced dishes and unique culinary creations such as the “Cordes-Haus-Teller”, which features three homemade specialties: “Grützwurst” (lightly smoked sausage), “Sülze” (jellied meat), and sour meat or pickled fried herring, soused herring fillets, and roast beef. Our family-run restaurant serves both year-round and seasonal dishes.
The specially brewed Cordes Hausbräu “Hell” and “Dunkel” beer is our particular specialty. The privately run Engelbrauerei in Crailsheim has brewed this delicious and aromatic beer since November 2002.

Fürstenzimmer

With 27 m² and seating for 26 people, this light-flooded room is perfect for smaller events. From here you can also enjoy a delightful view across expansive green fields – our unique highlight just for you!

Kaminzimmer

With 65 m² and room for 40 guests, the Kaminzimmer’s warm atmosphere inspires one to linger. This room is also available for family parties or business meetings and is highly sought in both winter and summer.

Niedersachsen Room

Would you like to book a separate buffet room? Our “Niedersachsen” room is ideal for buffets, offering just the right amount of additional room for a festive get-together in combination with the “Kaminzimmer”.

Bavarian Beer Garden

Our sheltered beer garden in the inner courtyard of the country-style Hotel Cordes is a favorite among our guests. Enjoy exceptional cuisine created by our head chef as well as six different beers on draft: Cordes Hausbräu “Hell” or “Dunkel”, Königs Pilsener, Schneider wheat beer, Engel alcohol-free “Kellerbier” or one of the rotating beers from our special tap.
