We are known for our regional, traditional cuisine complemented through seasonal culinary highlights. Our dishes are prepared using only the freshest products and garnished with a pinch of individuality.

Our menu offers a wide variety of warm and cold appetizers, soups, snacks, salads, and various sides, not to mention vegetarian dishes and a fish menu famous throughout the region for its selection of delicate creations like the fried “Zürich Style” zander filet baked with tomato slices, basil, and cheese and served with roasted potatoes and a mixed salad.  A select assortment of wines completes our menu. 

We offer rooms for smaller family celebrations, special occasions, conferences, and post-funeral receptions for up to 40 guests. “Come in and feel at home” – it is with this principle in mind that our well-integrated team works each and every day of the year to make sure that your event is a total success and guests only have good memories of the time you spent with them. This requires detailed planning and constant on-site support on our part, allowing you to concentrate on the bigger picture. 

During the summer, we invite you to enjoy a culinary evening in the wonderful atmosphere of our beech tree garden, which is famous throughout the entire region for its beauty and charm. Allow the breathtaking tranquility of the north German plains to bewitch you while we cater to your appetite.
