For many years now, we have dedicated ourselves to a regionally focused culinary culture and work closely together with other gastronomes and hoteliers in the region. Our restaurant only serves meat originating from the Lüneburg Heath; our beef, for example, is delivered directly by the “Rothe” butcher’s shop in Lüneburg and made from Holstein Friesian cattle that were raised locally by recognized professional breeders. Our selection of delights is rounded out by myriad tasty cakes and pastries – homemade, of course!
